Business integration does not only concern the conversion and distribution of data in the correct formats, such as OIOUBL, EDI, etc. It also concerns the way data is entered into your accounting/ERP system, so that it can be used in the right circumstances. When developing an effective business integration, the integration between your company’s ERP system and that of your business partners is crucial. Of course you can create the integrations from scratch but this approach demands a lot of time and many resources, and often turns out to be a very expensive solution.

Use standard tools for your integrations
AGETOR is a standard product which gives you the tools necessary for your integrations. You can easily create the necessary integrations with AGETOR, using well known standard technologies such as web services, file transport and database transport - all supported by AGETOR.

Two paths to take
When accessing the ERP system, there are two paths you may take, depending on which type of ERP system your company is running:

Microsoft Dynamics NAV
If you use Microsoft Dynamics NAV, you can invest in an additional module that makes it easy for you to create integrations. Read more about the additional module in the white box to the right.

Other ERP sytems
If you use another system, such as SAP or AS400, you would either create the integration via well-documented standard interfaces or with your existing ERP supplier.
