Input/Output Management

AGETOR makes it possible to receive, convert and distribute business documents internally as well as externally from one combined interface. This could be orders, invoices or other documents. 

Would you prefer a format other than the one you actually received?
Your company may receive documents as PDF, e-mail or CSV files, but you would rather receive them as an XML format. And possibly your customers and business partners may have preferences regarding formats of documents they receive from you.

Adjust formats, layout and content
AGETOR converts every inbound business document to match it to your standards, and the system can convert your outbound documents in order to match the correct format, layout and content required by your recipients. 

Manage workflows 
You can decide whether AGETOR should ask for approval during the workflow, who should approve, and what will happen to documents that have been (or have not been) approved. In addition, you can choose whether notifications are sent internally or externally, for instance, when you receive an order, and you can also decide on the wording of these messages. This is all possible with AGETOR.

Create input and output processes yourself
You can create your own input and output processes with components that are standard elements of the application. One component, for example, indicates that a text is to be converted into XML, while another indicates that an approval is necessary before the process can proceed. 

Simple error management 
Processes can be created to match the exact needs and requirements of your business. If any of the components are not compatible, or if a missing component would prevent the process from working in practice, you will receive an automatic notification immediately.
