Send as often as you want - and re-find documents
AGETOR makes it easy to distribute documents, files and data – and no less importantly, find them again.
Simply select the medium you would like to send from or send to (for example, FTP or file), and link it to your integration.
If you need to send documents more than once, this is also possible. This situation may occur when, for example, the internet or the receiving server is down, or the dispatch failed due to other reasons. AGETOR can resend documents as many times as you need.
And find again
AGETOR stores all outbound documents and data in archives making it easy to find them again, for instance for auditing purposes. Create one or more archives and decide whether the administrator has exclusive access to them or if other users can gain access to the archives as well.
Simple search function
When looking for specific elements in your archives, a search function similar to Google enables you to quickly and easily make free text search queries, as well as queries on fixed variables such as order ID and invoice number.
Optional number of archives
All archives are centrally located in the AGETOR Documents module, where you can create as many archives as you like. You can, for instance, create archives for outbound orders, for dispatched invoices, or any other archive required.
Link workflows to archives
It is possible to link workflows to archives. You might, for example, have an archive where the division manager must approve a purchase, or perhaps you would like to be able to delete or reject documents manually. These human-initiated workflows can be linked to your business integration.
